Overview

On the ride to Langtang and Gosaikund Lake, Langtang Valley lies northwest of Kathmandu, overshadowed to the north by Langtang Lirung mountain, 7,246 m above sea level. The uniqueness of this trek is that the area is visited by far fewer trekkers compared to the Annapurna or Everest areas, given its proximity to Kathmandu. With stunning scenery, the route takes us through villages and forests to the top of the Langtang Valley, surrounded by mountain peaks and glaciers, and is rewarded with spectacular close-up views of the Langtang and Jugal Himals. There is a chance to climb either Kyanjin Ri at 4.350 m or Tsergo Ri at 4.984 m for even more incredible mountain views. Then we head south and trek to the Gosainkund Lakes, an important place for Hindu pilgrimage. Crossing the Laurebena Pass, we enter the unspoilt valley of Helambu, which we follow back to Kathmandu.
15 days round manaslu trek will start after you arrive in Kathmandu where your accommodation and transfer from the airport are taken care of by us. We will also give you a tour of Kathmandu city where you can enjoy and buy your trek equipment if you need it. Keep in mind that we provide a free duffle bag when you arrive, also we provide a down jacket and sleeping bag for hire if needed, we would appreciate it if you would give us the details when you book our trip.
The next day we will drive to Syabrubesi from where our trek starts and is a total of 12 days of walking, we will be spending our night in a teahouse through different places as stated in the itinerary. We give extra care to our clients with our excellent and certified English-speaking guide who will help you with all the things you need and with their knowledge of the route you will find the trek more enjoyable. If you have more time on your hand, we would also recommend you to check our everest region trek which is longer and you can enjoy many amazing places along the way, including Gokyo lakes and Everest Base Camp as well as Annapurna region trek.
